Legal disclaimer

Liability & Indemnification

The Client agrees that the Coach shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the coaching relationship. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Coach harmless from any claims or losses arising from the Client's actions or decisions.

Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Coaching

The Coach will provide virtual life coaching services via Zoom.

Term: Either 6 months or 12 months. Can differ if Get Coached LLC and client agree to differing term length in writing
Frequency: One (1) session per week, approximately 58 minutes in length.

2. Investment & Payment Options

The Client selects the following payment track

____ Paid in Full: A one-time payment due upon execution of this Agreement.
____ 4-Payment Plan: Four (4) equal payments. The first payment is due upon signing; subsequent payments are due every [Interval, e.g., 30 days] until the balance is cleared.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: Client’s failure to attend sessions, change of mind, or early termination of the coaching relationship. This policy reflects the Coach’s dedication of time and the limited number of client slots available.

4. Rescheduling & Late Cancellations

24-Hour Rule: You must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any rescheduling.
Late Changes: Requests made within 24 hours of the session will result in the session being forfeited and charged in full.
Case-by-Case Discretion: The Coach reserves the exclusive right to waive these fees for verified emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
Punctuality: If the Client is more than [15] minutes late, the Coach may cancel the session without a refund or reschedule.

5. Professional Relationship & Disclaimer

Not Therapy: Life coaching is not a substitute for licensed mental health therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel. The Coach does not diagnose or treat psychological disorders.
No Guarantees: The Client is solely responsible for their own results. The Coach provides tools and guidance, but the Client’s success depends on their own effort and implementation.

6. Confidentiality

The Coach will keep all information shared by the Client strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., threat of harm to self or others, or suspected neglect/abuse of a minor or elder).

7. Technology & Zoom

The Client is responsible for maintaining a functional internet connection and access to Zoom. Technical issues on the Client’s end do not excuse the 24-hour notice policy. The Coach will provide a recurring link for all sessions.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with [14] days’ written notice. If the Client terminates early, they remain responsible for any outstanding payments in their chosen payment plan, and the No-Refund Policy applies.
